Individual Counseling

Individual counseling sessions with children and adults working on treatment goals created together in session.  Therapist uses person centered interaction to build a therapeutic relationship.  Techniques used may include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.

Play Therapy

Play Therapy is defined by APT as “the systematic use of a theoretical model to establish an interpersonal process wherein trained Play Therapists use the therapeutic powers of play to help clients prevent or resolve psychosocial difficulties and achieve optimal growth and development."

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders.  (EMDRIA website, 2022)

Telehealth counseling is available with completed consent.  Client is responsible to verify if their insurance carrier will cover remote sessions.


Currently accepting Aetna, Blue Cross, Idaho Medicaid (Magellan), Pacific Source, Regence, MODA and Select Health.  Client is responsible to verify with insurance provider if their specific plan is in-network and amount of co-pay responsibility.
